Tracks strategy-to-plan mapping updates so strategy changes are explicit, reviewable, and timestamped.
 
## 2026-03-03
 
- Added `docs/strategy/snapshots/rgl8r-pricing-strategy-v3.md` as an in-repo extract of `RGL8R_Pricing_Strategy_v3.docx`.
- Updated strategy mapping index (`docs/strategy/README.md`) with a new Pricing Strategy v3 row mapped to `P19-D` / `P19-E`.
- Updated `docs/strategy/pricing/ship-pricing-v1.md` with:
  - SHIP credit confirmation contract alignment,
  - discount/negotiation guardrails,
  - benchmark confidence rubric for public launch copy safety.

- Added P12-A, P12-B, P7.7-A, P7.7-B plan IDs to status tracker.
